With a degree in Music and Vocal Production from Memphis State University, Candy Butta Owner & Butter  Blending Expert, Cheryl "CandySoul" Humphrey, is a hard woking International music Artist and has worked with numerous artists (both beginners & industry headliners). CandySoul has performed and consulted on shows such as VH1's Love & Hip-Hop, Mo'Nique Show, Steve Harvey Show, and American Idol. CandySoul is a talented artist, songwriter, composer, & music producer in her own right and she performed with Major Artist such as Stellar Award Winner & Gospel Phenom Kim Burrell, Soul Singer K.Michelle, & Grammy Award Winning Artist, the King of R&B himself,  R. Kelly on his  "Ladies Make Some Noise" Tour.

 

As a busy artist it's easy to become overworked and over stressed; caught up in the high paced world of entertainment. Seeing the toll  the demanding schedule took on her life, and the impact that overworking the body and spirit had on her physical appearance, she decided to refocus on relaxation and improving her quality of life. This inspired her to develop a product that would help her feel better.

Candy  fell in love with shea butter, noticing how good it made her skin feel and how the aromas lifted her spirits. She began to learn more about other products that are good for the skin, and eventually developed her own unique blend of whipped shea butter with her favorite scents. She decided to share this product with family and friends. After many rave reviews and educating herself about the history of shea butter and essential oils Candy decided to share the power of Shea Butter with the rest of the world and "Candy Butta" was born!!
